The deputy professor of School of Earth and Space Sciences, doctor degree, long-term engaging in teaching the courses of crystallography and mineralogy, genetic mineralogy, mineral physics and gemology, and doing scientific work on mineralogy, participated in multiple programs of National Natural Science Foundation, including genetic mineralogy, metamorphic geology, environmental mineralogy and gemology; visited geology department of Lund University of Sweden from Jan. to Oct., 2004; published 50 papers, participated in compiling monograph in English and textbook.
